Contract performance, explicit consent, legal obligation, and legitimate interest, depending on the processing concerned.

5. Data sharing within the NetSun Global ecosystem

Your data may be shared with the central Hub (identity, billing, payment, escrow) and the centralized identity verification service, strictly as necessary. Your data is never sold to third parties.

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes described, and beyond if a legal retention obligation applies.
