1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the ProprietyX platform (the "Platform").
2. Eligibility
Use of the Platform is reserved for legal-age individuals (18 years or older) with legal capacity to contract, and for legal entities represented by a duly authorized person.
3. Account creation and profiles
Every user creates an account associated with a profile type: Individual, Owner, Developer, Real Estate Agency, or Merchant. This choice determines accessible features and certain specific obligations.
4. Identity verification (KYC)
Certain features (publishing a listing, withdrawing funds) require identity verification, performed by the centralized services of the NetSun Global Core Hub.
5. Role of the Platform
ProprietyX acts as a technical intermediary facilitating connections between users. ProprietyX is not a party to any rental or sale contract concluded between users.
6. Listing rules
Every published listing must be accurate, complete, and relate to a property the user has the right to dispose of.
7. Messaging and user conduct
The integrated messaging system must be used exclusively for exchanges related to Platform transactions.
8. Account suspension and termination
ProprietyX may suspend or terminate an account in case of breach of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
The elements of the Platform are the property of ProprietyX or its licensors.
10. Liability
ProprietyX uses reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform's reliability but does not guarantee the accuracy of listings published by third parties.
11. Amendments to these Terms
ProprietyX may amend these Terms, with prior notice.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
